A wonderful site to find. I'm a US male that moved to Canada in September of 05 under the sponsorship of my 8 year common-law wife. After moving to BC, completing all of the required steps for immigration, getting a work permit, waiting for my PR card, my spouse decided to stab me in the back at the last minute and withdraw her sponsorship. I'm happy to find a place where I can get some help in planning for the future. Thank you, ROAD TO CANADA!

Wow that's too bad! Are you still in Canada with a PR Card ? My wife and I are "Lost Canadians". We were born in California to Canadian Fathers and American Moms. Our Citizenship was restored due to bill c37. I am glad to be Canadian again and I feel more "Canadian" than American. I love BC, its a great province.
