I can qualify as federal skilled worker, but my wife is canadian, can I still apply as skilled worker? or I should only apply as family class?
Thanks
F.
In general, it's much quicker to apply as a sponsored spouse via the family class. You can apply as a skilled worker, but that process is much longer, and with the caps on the number of applications they accept per year, you're much more likely to have landed as a PR via the family class before they even open your skilled worker application. If you qualify for skilled worker, however, it's possible that you would be skilled enough to be successful with a work permit application, in which case you could live and work in Canada while your PR application was being processed. More information about working temporarily in Canada is available here:

Thanks dor the answer, I'm not sure about this, but if I am applying as skilled worker, during the application process time, will I be able to get a tourist visa to Canada? I would need to visite for many reasons, like my exams for me to be able to work in my proffession and visiting my wife.
That depends a lot on whether you are
visa-exempt or
non-visa-exempt. Most non-visa-exempt foreign nationals are refused temporary status in Canada if they have a partner in Canada, or a PR ap in process, because they cannot satisfy the officer assessing their application that they actually intend to return home at the end of their authorized stay.
