Hello my name is talles

I applied as a federal skilled worker. I got my visa and the right of being permanent in canada, however when I applied I filled out my form as saying I was going to live in Vancouver, but now I have changed my mind and I want to go to Toronto. I m still outside canada. Do I have the right to change my mind and live in Toronto right wawy or must I go first to Vancourver as it is in my immigration form?

I will very grateful if any of you can help me with this info.

feel free to write via e-mail if you feel like writing robertdba@hotmail.com

You can live where ever you wish, but you can't land in Quebec without a CSQ. But there is noting to stop you moving there after you land.
