I landed in Canada on 24th of june 2010, me, my wife and 5 children, last week we got all our PR cards, except for my daugther who is 15 years old.

I tried to go through e-CAS with her Client ID no. but with no success, the e-CAS responded only with my no. and said that I became a PR already.

My questions are:

1. What is the cause of such case?

2.Can I go online in somes services to check for her status?

3. Is somebody elso got the same problem, and how it was resolved?

Thanks alot for all.

1. They are not all mailed at the same time.
2. There could be a problem with the picture.
3. Phone Call centre 1-888-242-2100 and ask.
thank you PMM,

actually I am outside Canada now, and this number is not working.
Is there a contact number that is reachable outside of Canada - perhaps on the letter with the other 6 PR Cards?

The only way to contact the call centre from outside Canada is

+1 613 944 4000 (for an agent: options 1,2,1,2,1 ... then 0 to skip the message)
