Hi everyone

I am Canadian citizen and my brother is in India,he applied for skilled worker to get visa for Canada. I would like to apply for caips on behalf of him , so please can some one let me know which forms i have to fill up and where do i have to send it. It would be very helpful if some on can help me in this matter.

CAIPS is a civil servant, and that is legal. It is less than free access to information act and that is your right to know where you are standing in the visa process. The cost is about 35 or more, depending on the application of the company for you, or simply CA 5 if you have any demand in Canada.
