Question 3 on Medical Form asks for "Visa Office that will be processing file"

Would this be Buffalo NY?

Further question... even if the office you are applying through is Buffalo. Where should the doctor send the results? I want to make sure the doctor sends to the right place. I have read conflicting info on here whether it is Buffalo or Ottawa.

The results go to Ottawa.
