We're filing Outland.
My sponsored partner (American) is doing exam here in Canada in 2 days. Just want to make sure we understood the process.
-Sponsored Partner will bring Appendix C with her when she is seeing the Dr. (beside pictures and her passport)
-She then should receive a sign & date Medical Report Section A by DMP. This Medical Rpt Section A is to be included in our application to mail out, right?
Is there anything else my sponsored partner needs?

She won't receive results (which I think section A is?) - she'll get a receipt with her photo & a barcode on it. Make a photocopy for your files & attach the
original to the application.

To our understanding she won't be receiving the results. However via Immigrant's Guide it says:
"DMP will give a Copy 2 of Medical Report: IMM 1017EFC-Medical Report Section A. Include the original of Copy 2 with your application".
So I guess whatever DMP gives her is "Copy 2 Medical Rpt Section A".
Yes, there is a from the physician will provide that is called MEDICAL REPORT - SECTION A. They keep the original, you get the carbon copy to send with your application.
Well,I have no idea about the medical examination, but I failed my first exam I took 19 years but I am scheduled to resume next. I wonder what will help me to succeed before proceeding to frustration and a desire to stop smoking. I think that taking the third time would be quite disappointing. Thats how I prepared the first time a successful one-year school career to 4.0 on average.
