I find that quite often I'm referring to someone's profile in hopes of getting more information about them/their case before responding to a post and, more often than not, there's nothing there. I'm hoping everyone might take a minute to put a little "blurb" into their profile about their case situation. Some really basic, but very helpful info would be: are you sponsor or applicant, filing inland or outside, which country the applicant is from, and where the applicant is currently staying.

To access your profile click on User CP>Edit Profile, then scroll down to Additional Information>Biography. Thanks.

Good idea. I've noticed a lot of empty spots too. It's hard to respond or try and give advice when you don't have info.

It will save a lot of time if we have at least the basics of your case to help out.
