A couple of people here have had problems with their signatures getting "stuck", and both instances involved signatures that included a TickerFactory.com countdown ticker. So I did a little investigating and discovered it's a problem with the coding you choose to copy and paste into your signature box.
When you create a ticker on TickerFactory, two codes are generated - you have to choose which to copy and paste into your signature box here at RTC. One is a "bbCode" and the other is an "HTML code". Both problems were created when the users posted the HTML code into their signatures.
When using TickerFactory, you need to copy and paste the "bbCode" coding into your signature box, and then you shouldn't have any problems.
