Since we havent had many who have had to go through an appeal (much less after Buffalo processing) there isnt much info out there about how long it takes for reprocessing - so here goes:

2010Jan14 - Appeal hearing - decision: allowed
2010Jan19 - Mailed additional proofs to Ministers counsel
2010Apr26 - AOR from Buffalo
2010May10 - request for meds - me, my daughter & eldest son
2010May10 - request for FBI - me, eldest son
2010Jun4 - meds sent
2010Jun4 - FBI ordered
2010Aug27 - FBI received
2010Oct15 - FBI clearance sent to Buffalo
2010Oct15 - separation statement from eldest son sent
2010Nov15 - request for meds for inadmissible son!!
2010Nov15 - contacted MP, sent procedural fairness guidelines
2010Nov30 - passport request
2010Dec13 - passport sent
2010Dec31 - visa issued
2011Jan5 - passport/visa/COPR received
2011Jan31 - LANDED - Rainbow Bridge, Niagara Falls

An update - hubby finally got in touch with our caseworker at the IAD. The appeal decision letter went out on March 9th, so we should be receiving it within the week, and the file has now gone back to Buffalo. So updated timeline is:

2010Jan14 - Appeal hearing - decision: allowed
2010Jan19 - Mailed additional "proofs" to Minister's counsel
2010Mar09 - Appeal decision letter mailed - file back to Buffalo

2010Apr26 - eCAS reactivated - "In Process"
2010May07 - received request dated Apr26 from Buffalo for new medicals/FBI - given 60 days to comply
2010May19 - medicals redone
2010May26 - mailed fingerprints to FBI for clearance
2010Jun12 - forwarded proof of medicals to Buffalo - still waiting on FBI
